doing exercises correctly is the key to making a good recovery

A key element in rehabilitation from an injury or weakness is performing injury-specific exercises that your Physio knows will return you to your best. However, to come back strong you not only need to perform the exercises - you have to do them properly, employing the correct technique. We see so many patients whose injury hangs around for longer than it should, or doesn't clear up as well as it could, because the exercises are not done as well as they should be.

So we are compiling a series of short 1-2 minute videos that demonstrate the correct form for the most common exercises we prescribe. Not only do we describe the correct technique, we also highlight the most common mistakes or short-cuts that people fall foul of.
