WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY?

Physiotherapy aims to relieve pain and restore function. This is achieved through a combination of manual therapy, exercise and advice following a comprehensive history and examination.

We are allied health professionals and Physiotherapy is considered within the realm of medicine. We are the only group recognized to work in a hospital. Chartered Physiotherapists are governed by a professional code of ethics and carry public liability insurance.
